Frangelico Affogato al Caffe
  • 6 scoops good-quality vanilla ice-cream
  • 4 tablespoons Frangelico
  • 150ml (6floz) hot, freshly made espresso coffee

Combine your favourite vanilla ice-cream with a strong, fragrant cup of coffee to make an instant and divine dessert. (Serves 2)

  1. Divide the scoops of ice-cream into two large coffee cups, then pour over the Frangelico, followed by the steaming hot espresso. Serve immediately.
